Lassie’s Toast
With Franklin & Sons Elderflower & Cucumber Tonic Water
A sweet yet sour cocktail to celebrate Burns Night. Some fresh notes come from this cocktail with the addition of our Elderflower & Cucumber Tonic Water.
Ingredients
- 35ml Lassie’s Toast
- 10 ml Cointreau
- 40ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- 40ml Earl Grey Tea
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Honey Syrup
- Top with Franklin & Sons Elderflower & Cucumber Tonic Water
Method
Pour all the ingredients (excluding the Elderflower & Cucumber Tonic Water) into a highball glass and then add ice. Top with Franklin & Sons Elderflower & Cucumber Tonic Water. Garnish with a piece of shortbread, a raspberry and a mint sprig.
